In the Netherlands, over 8 million square metres of buildings is unused. Due to energy ineffinciency and a general underappreciation for it's architectural characteristics by the masses, this vacancy consists for a large part of post-war modernist buildings. Therefore, a new vision on the recycling of these buildings must be developed.
